塔里木油田富源区块钻井提速关键技术

Abstract: Since 2019, the Tarim Oilfield has taken the Fuyuan Block as the key oil and gas development block. The early drilling practice shows that the deep ordovician carbonate reservoir in Fuyuan Block has multi-stage karst and multi-stage reservoir forming, and has multi-porosity characteristics and typical heterogeneity, there are some difficult problems in drilling, such as reservoir system is easy to collapse, easy to leak and easy to get stuck. In nearly two years, five large deviated wells with an average drilling depth of 7614 m and drilling cycle of 200. 65 Days were completed in Fuyuan Block. Compared with the drilling data in the block, it is found that the period of drilling in the second and third spudded in stages is long in the early stage of the block. Among which there is a lot of room for speed increasing in the second spudded in the Permian and in the directional section drilling in the Tirekeawati formation. Through the formulation of specific technical schemes such as leak-proof, leak-stopping and sticking-proof, and the integration of mature technologies and techniques such as torque impactor and high-life screw drilling tools, " drilling fast and drilling well" has been realized. The average drilling cycle in Fuyuan block is shortened by 20 days. Based on the previous drilling practice, a set of safe and efficient drilling key technologies has been formed by analyzing the drilling difficulties, effectively reducing the complexity of accidents and achieving the effect of increasing speed and increasing efficiency. It provides support for oil and gas production and efficiency on production in Fuyuan Block.

摘要: 2019年起,塔里木油田将富源区块作为重点油气开发区块。前期的钻探实践表明,富源区块的深层奥陶系碳酸盐岩储层经过多期岩溶、多期成藏,具有多重孔隙特征和典型的非均质性,钻探中存在储层易垮、易漏、易卡等难题。其中,近两年富源区块累计施工完成5口大井斜井,平均完钻井深 7614m,钻井周期 200.65d。通过对比区块已钻井资料,发现本区块前期完钻井二开、三开井段周期较长,其中二开二叠系、三开定向段铁热克阿瓦提组有很大的提速空间。通过制定防漏、堵漏、防卡等针对性技术方案,集成应用扭力冲击器、高寿命螺杆钻具等成熟技术和工艺,实现了“打得快、打得好”,富源区块平均钻井周期缩短20d。文章在前期钻井实践基础上,通过分析钻井难点研究形成了一套安全高效钻井关键技术,有效降低了事故复杂,达到了提速增效的目的,为富源区块油气释放、效益上产提供了支撑。
